These two teams are, aside from Astralis, the highest ranking single-nationality teams in the world.
WESG (World Electronic Esports Games) is a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament owned by Alisports, which is a Chinese sub-company of Alibaba. It is held in a Chinese city Chongqing.
fnatic, the last year’s winners will be doing their best to defend their victorious position. On the other side, MIBR will be countering them, motivated to make a better result than in 2018, when Gabriel Toledo “Fallen” and his team rocked out in 17th-22nd place.
WESG 2018 World Finals will take place on March 11-17, which is after IEM Katowice Major.
