Fortnite Summer Skirmish was on for the good part of Summer 2018. It’s basically Fortnite’s first entrance into the real world of competitive eSports scene. Battle Royale genre is still in its developing stages as far as eSports is concerned. Yes, PUBG has already started its eSports endeavors but it’s far from its developed stages just like Fortnite.

But there’s one question that still remains – Is Epic Games satisfied with Fortnite Summer Skirmish recap and what the tournament actually turned out to be? As far as we can tell, Epic Games should be thrilled with everything… Well, everything except the initial skirmish week because it was plagued by poor servers and overly-defensive players. Everything else was a proper spectacle and it’s safe to say fans, players and Epic Games noticed it.

With that being said, it doesn’t take a genius to realize Epic Games must’ve had very high expectations from the very start. So now, at the Fortnite Summer Skirmish recap, all I can say is – congratulations guys – you’ve done yourself justice!

It’s a real Cinderella story considering this guy had only 404 followers before appearing at the PAX show and now his follower count is well above 25,000. With teams such as FaZe, Ghost, and Team Liquid bringing plenty of newly signed players (with experience in playing eSports for money) hoping they’ll take the W, this unknown player took the matter into his own two hands and shocked everyone…

Morgausse Starting His Streaming Career

Fortnite Summer Skirmish Recap wouldn’t be complete without a few words about the winner himself. He goes by the name Morgausse and is already using his Fortnite Summer Skirmish victory to boost his career goals. For those of you who don’t know, Morgausse started streaming on Twitch and is racking quite the numbers driven by his recent success at the professional level.

However, he finds it difficult to constantly perform well under great pressure. And it’s reasonable, especially considering his streams are being watched and commented live by thousands of people. He is not the first Twitch streamer to point out his problems, and by no means, the last either…
