eSports win

If you’re an avid gamer like me, you’ve probably imagined yourself participating in a big eSports tournament, attempting to take home the grand prize. And although most of us never make it and simply realize we’re not good enough for a spot in a top team, dreaming about winning in tournaments is still very real. The drive to play eSports is something most of us have.

This doesn’t mean you should give up on your dreams; on the contrary, if you really want to make it – then you can! But if you don’t have the time, dedication, or anything else necessary, then that’s all it is – a dream. If Ninja can do it, anyone can (but you’ve got to be smart).

Anyway, this isn’t the end of the road for us gamers! We can still participate in tournaments and play eSports for some glory and an acceptable cash prize!

How to Play Games and Win Cash Prizes?

This can be done through the website Epulze. Epulze offers the user the possibility to participate in short tournaments of various type for a chance at winning prizes. These can range from a couple of dollars to much more, depending on how good you get.

Here’s what I’m talking about in more detail:

1v1 Tournaments

Some websites host competitive tournaments for people to go 1v1 against each other. This isn’t limited to a single game (you can do this in CS:GO, LoL, Dota 2, and a couple of others) which makes it the perfect opportunity to earn some money on the side.

Although, you do need to be positive about your skills and capabilities. In most cases, you’d be dropping a small fee into the pot ($2 for example). The other player does this as well and the one who wins, takes home the pot!

Some websites don’t require you to pay but the prizes aren’t as big (since, well, players don’t influence the pot).

Team Tournaments

If you’re a team player and feel better amongst others, you can participate as well. eSports betting isn’t common here, but you’re technically placing bets on yourself (or your team). Anyway, team tournaments are where it’s at for most of the people looking to win some.

Winning with a team feels better and more rewarding, plus, a couple of online websites serve as a ‘feeder’ series (not officially; you just have a higher chance of getting noticed by the top teams or scouts).

This isn’t what you should be aiming at though unless you absolutely want to become an eSports superstar! Although, if you want to play eSports professionally, you need to take every chance you get!

How Does it Work?

If you have any doubts or fears about the legality of such websites, there’s nothing to worry about. All you have to do is check if the website is trusted or not (and if they pay the prizes to the winners).

When it comes to smaller tournaments or 1v1 tournaments with player pots involved, the payment should be automated (and done as soon as the game is over). Larger tournaments can get shady at times, so always make sure before participating.

Other than that, all players get a tournament code which you can use in-game (if your game of choice has it). If a tournament code isn’t available, then a private lobby is formed (sometimes with a password) in order for the game to start.

And that’s basically it! If you’re a good player then there’s a pretty good chance you manage to win some cash!
