It was officially announced that we will be seeing StarLadder ImbaTV in Kiev!
Starladder is a veteran eSports tournament organizer, and the announcement came on their official website. This will essentially be the third Dota 2 Minor 2018-19 Dota Pro Circuit tournament. It will be the first Dota 2 Minor championship to feature a live audience!
Since this is a continuation of series, this Starladder ImbaTV in Kiev event will also have eight teams. It is planned to happen in the Kiev Cybersport Arena in Kiev, capital of Ukraine. The winners will advance to the Dota 2 Major, DreamLeague Season 11, which will give them a chance for advancing their skills and earnings in Dota Pro Circuit series.
The teams who will play at this Dota 2 Minor will be known after the qualifiers.
The qualifiers will be running from February 7 to February 12, after the qualifiers for Stockholm Major have ended.
The event will boast a prize pool of $300,000 and will have 120 DPC available for grabbing. DPC (Dota Pro Circuit) points are used as a ranking for advancement in the DPC tournaments.
Dota 2 Minor aftermath
Nine teams from the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Southeast Asia, China, and South America regions have already qualified for the third Major of the 2018-19 Dota Pro Circuit.

As official DPC website stated, only Dota 2 Majors that are scheduled for May 2-12 and June 20-30 are still not announced.
According to Russian esports personality, Vitalii Nikolaevich “v1at” Volochai, the Chongqing Major was the last Dota 2 event that is not held in Europe. So, the rumored organizers of Dota 2 Major will be Epic Esports Events.
